A natural look in the daytime for going to school or out to lunch with friends and for nightime, a dramatic look when you’re heading to a party and you’re too lazy to shower and fix your face all over again. Eyeliner Tip

Never apply eyeliner pencil that glides on smoothly on bottom lashline because it’ll melt and will cause raccoon eyes.
